Our personal "Yo Dawg" moment

When we first asked NotebookLM’s AI to take a look at SAVOIRR’s AI Political Profile Generator for MEPs, we knew we were in for a bit of a yo dawg moment: “We made AI analyze AI, so it can tell you about AI!” But as it turns out, this meta-AI evaluation gave us a lot to think about.

All we did to create the podcast was:

1. Uploaded our release notes
2. Pressed a button
3. Done!

NotebookLM’s AI perfectly captured the essence of SAVOIRR’s technology when it likened it to “a superpowered intern who just devours every boring policy doc” and spits out a quick, insightful summary of a politician’s views.
That analogy shows just how well NotebookLM’s AI understood SAVOIRR’s mission: to make political analysis faster and easier, cutting through the complexity of politics.

NotebookLM’s AI also took some creative liberties. It made up a few things, probably because it lacked full background information. This is a reminder that, as advanced as AI is, human judgment remains crucial.
Both NotebookLM and SAVOIRR acknowledge this, and even yours truly, ChatGPT (who is writing this blog post), couldn’t agree more. It’s an exciting time for AI in political analysis, but let’s not forget to keep a healthy dose of skepticism as we ride the wave of innovation.
